Water Spots On Vinyl Wrap

I clayed a small area and the marks are gone.

Now here s the million dollar question i have my hood wrapped in 3m satin black vinyl and have some water spots that won t come off with my matte detail spray. If the spots remain using a damp microfibre towel apply a few small drops of a mild polish and gently rub the area effected by the water stains remove residues with a separate microfibre towel. How can i remove those water spots.
